Is Stage II Lung Nodule Important?
1. Criticality often refers to severity. Stage 2 lung micronodule is not necessarily severe, and a comprehensive judgment needs to be made based on the patient's clinical manifestations and the nature of the nodule.
2. If the patient has no obvious symptoms and signs, and based on the imaging characteristics of the nodule and changes during follow-up, the lung micronodule is benign and generally not severe. Special treatment cannot be carried out temporarily, but regular hospital reviews are required.
3. If the patient has obvious symptoms such as chest pain, chest distress, dyspnea, and expectoration, and the test results show that the lung micronodule is malignant, it is generally more severe, often indicating early cancer or precancerous lesions. Medical attention should be sought promptly, such as lobectomy, wedge resection, and segmentectomy.
4. In daily life, patients should reasonably arrange their diet, with staples mainly consisting of grains, potatoes, and whole grains. They should eat more fruits and vegetables, appropriately consume meat, milk, and eggs, eat less greasy foods such as barbecue and fried dough sticks, try to avoid alcohol consumption, and control salt intake. Patients should avoid exposure to harmful and toxic substances and pay attention to adjusting their mindset.
