When an unknown hard mass is found in the neck, it is necessary to go to the hospital for examination, which may be caused by inflammation or tuberculosis. Lymph nodes belong to the body's immune system and exist in various parts of the body. 2. Lymph node tuberculosis in the neck: It is necessary to perform standardized anti-tuberculosis treatment for the whole body or the neck.

3. Cervical metastatic cancer: Except for tumors with low pathological differentiation such as nasopharyngeal cancer, it is recommended to perform enlarged resection of the primary lesion combined with cervical lymph node dissection.

4. Malignant lymphoma: It requires radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or combination therapy.
