What Is Chronic Inflammation?
Chronic inflammation is usually caused by the continuous presence of pathogenic factors that damage local tissues, especially in patients during acute onset. If they do not receive timely and effective treatment, it is easy to trigger chronic inflammation, which may occur in various parts of the body, such as the respiratory tract, urinary and reproductive systems. Inflammation is considered to be related to low immunity and the invasion of pathogens, which can easily cause certain damage to local tissues. It usually leads to capillary dilation, leukocyte infiltration, and may result in elevated white blood cell counts during examination. It may also cause fever and limb weakness. Due to the different locations of occurrence, accompanying symptoms also vary.
