Administration Routes for Reduced Glutathione

1. Intravenous Injection: Dissolve in water for injection and add to 100ml, 250-500ml of normal saline or 5% glucose injection for intravenous drip, or add to less than 20ml of normal saline for slow intravenous injection.

Dosage of Reduced Glutathione Injection

1. Chemotherapy Patients: Dissolve 1.5g/m² of the drug in 100ml of normal saline or 5% glucose injection within 15 minutes before administering chemotherapy drugs, and infuse intravenously within 15 minutes. Administer 600mg intramuscularly daily from the 2nd to 5th day. When using cyclophosphamide (CTX), to prevent urinary system damage, it is recommended to inject the drug intravenously immediately after CTX injection and complete the infusion within 15 minutes. When using cisplatin for chemotherapy, it is recommended that the dosage of this drug should not exceed 35mg/mg of cisplatin to avoid affecting the chemotherapy effect.

2. Liver Diseases: Administered intramuscularly or intravenously. For mild cases, administer 1-2 times daily, with 0.3-0.6g intramuscularly or intravenously each time. For severe cases, administer 1-2 times daily, with 0.6g-1.2g intramuscularly or intravenously each time. The dosage can be adjusted based on the patient's age and symptoms.

3. Other Diseases: For hypoxemia, dissolve 1.5g/m² of the drug in 100ml of normal saline or 5% glucose injection for intravenous infusion. After the condition improves, maintain with 300-600mg intramuscular injection daily.

Course of Treatment

For liver diseases, the general course of treatment is 30 days. For other conditions, the course of treatment will be determined based on the patient's condition.
