No one wants to experience hair loss, but hair loss can be divided into pathological and congenital types. Pathological hair loss requires medical treatment, but for physiological hair loss, we can slow down the condition by adjusting our daily diet. Another method of hair loss dietary therapy is to regularly eat seaweed mixed with sesame sauce; another is to boil wolfberry, polygoni multiflori, prepared radix rehmanniae, and cornus fruit together to extract the juice, then add walnuts and black beans and cook until the walnuts are soft and rotten. Dry them and take 6 grams twice a day. A third method is to boil Chinese herbs such as cuscuta chinensis, poria cocos, nelumbo nucifera seed, black sesame seeds, and perilla frutescens with a strong fire, add appropriate amount of water, cook into porridge with a low fire, and add a little salt to eat. Take it 1 to 2 times a day for 10 to 15 consecutive days. This porridge nourishes the yin of the kidney and spleen, and is suitable for people with hair loss due to spleen and kidney yin deficiency.
