1. Orthopedic surgery can lead to cardiac arrest. Any surgery has certain risks, so it is necessary to undergo surgery in a reputable hospital. Experienced doctors and advanced equipment can effectively reduce surgical risks.

2. Orthopedic surgeries are generally classified into four levels. Level one surgeries mainly involve debridement, surgical reduction of fracture-dislocations of extremities, or bone traction. Level two surgeries primarily refer to traumatic tendon repairs, treatment of simple open fractures, and treatment of simple surgical wounds. Level three surgeries mainly encompass complex internal fixation of fractures of extremities and long bones, intra-articular fracture surgeries, complex hand injury treatments, orthopedic surgeries, and removal of large joint lesions. CET-4 surgeries primarily refer to cervical spine surgeries, such as anterior and posterior cervical spine surgeries. During orthopedic surgery, inadequate blood volume and hypokalemia can lead to insufficient blood and oxygen supply to organs, causing ineffective circulation of blood in the body and resulting in cardiac arrest.
