Why do my hands shake when I hold something?
The trembling of hands when holding objects can be attributed to many factors, such as cerebrovascular accidents, overexertion, Parkinson's disease, and so on. If one does not rest well, the body is easily in a sub-health state, which can lead to trembling hands when holding objects. Additionally, cerebrovascular accidents, commonly including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and cerebrovascular stenosis, can also cause such phenomena.
1. Overexertion: Lack of rest can lead to sub-health conditions in the body, resulting in transient trembling hands when holding objects.
2. Cerebrovascular Accidents: Check the head for cerebrovascular accidents, such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, and cerebrovascular stenosis.
3. Parkinson's Disease: Parkinson's disease can cause trembling hands when holding objects.
4. Abnormal Thyroid Function: Thyroid problems can lead to trembling hands when holding objects.
5. Cervical Spine Diseases: Such as cervical spine disc herniation and small joint dislocation.
Trembling of hands when holding light objects is generally a symptom caused by overexertion or lifting heavy objects. Patients can rest more and perform appropriate massage to alleviate the symptoms. If the trembling of hands persists after rest, it is recommended to consult a doctor for further examination to determine if there are any cardiovascular diseases, hyperthyroidism, Parkinson's syndrome, or other related conditions. Early treatment is crucial. If the trembling is caused by cardiovascular blockage, thrombolytic therapy or arterial stent placement may be considered. For hyperthyroidism-induced trembling, anti-thyroid medications such as methimazole can be prescribed. For Parkinson's disease, levodopa can be administered.
