Requirements for carry-on items at the airport:

The CAAC has the following requirements for items that cannot be carried on or checked in:

Guns, military or police equipment, including essential parts and replicas.
Ammunition, fireworks, explosives, and replicas.
Controlled instruments.
Flammable and explosive items such as matches, lighter fluid, alcohol, paint, gasoline, benzene, turpentine, smoke bombs.
Corrosive substances such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium cyanide, liquid batteries.
Poisonous substances such as hydrogen cyanide, highly toxic pesticides.
Radioactive materials such as radioactive isotopes.
Other items that endanger flight safety, such as objects with strong irritating odors that may interfere with the normal operation of aircraft instruments.

The following items are prohibited from being carried on flights but can be checked in:

Daily knives such as fruit knives, cleavers, scissors, razors.
Professional blades such as surgical clamps, butcher knives, carving knives.
Knives, spears, swords used for theatrical performances.
Cultural and sporting goods with weights or spikes, such as crutches, iron-tipped trekking poles, baseball bats.
Special tools such as axes, chisels, hammers, pliers, which can cause punctures or blunt injuries and threaten the safety of aircraft or others.
Liquids exceeding the carry-on limit in terms of type or total volume.
