What medication should I use for finger blister-type eczema?

Finger Blister-type Eczema is a common skin disease, in which patients may experience symmetrical, itchy blisters and red patches on their fingers, palms, and backs of hands. Under the guidance of a doctor, glucocorticoids and antibiotics can be applied, such as Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream, Dexamethasone Acetate Cream, and Mupirocin Ointment.

1. Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream: Mainly composed of hydrocortisone butyrate, it is used for allergic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, allergic eczema, and moss-like pruritus.

2. Dexamethasone Acetate Cream: This is a white ointment with an emulsion base, primarily used for allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases, such as localized pruritus, neurodermatitis, contact dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, and chronic eczema.

Patients should avoid contact with irritants that may trigger or worsen eczema, such as chemical detergents, disinfectants, and cosmetics. If necessary to contact these substances, gloves or protective measures should be worn. Patients should also avoid prolonged immersion in water and dry their hands with a towel immediately after washing, following the application of moisturizing cream.
