Healthy Porridge and Snack Recipes for Cancer Patients
1. Tomato, Peanut, and Red Date Porridge: Red dates and tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, which can enhance the body's anticancer effects. Lycopene in tomatoes also has anticancer properties.
