The main clinical manifestations include dizziness, tinnitus, soreness and pain in the waist and knees, insomnia, dreams, hot flashes, night sweats, five-heart heat, dry throat, red cheeks, loose teeth, hair loss, emaciation, short and yellow urine or dry stool, red tongue with little saliva, thin and rapid pulse, easy erection and ejaculation in men, infrequent or absent menstruation, and menstrual bleeding in women.
