2. Systemic Diseases: Certain systemic diseases may also cause dark spots around the eyeball, such as jaundice and liver damage, which can lead to pigmentation and the appearance of dark spots.

3. Malignant Tumors: If dark spots rapidly change in a short period, such as enlarging, changing color, or even exhibiting bleeding and pain, special vigilance is required. This may be caused by malignant tumors of the conjunctival blood vessels. Patients are advised to seek medical attention promptly for diagnosis and treatment. During this period, spicy and irritating foods such as chili peppers, spicy strips, and garlic should be avoided. Instead, eat fresh vegetables and fruits like cabbage and apples. Drink plenty of lukewarm water, engage in appropriate physical exercise when physically capable, and maintain local hygiene. These practices are conducive to recovery.
