What Should and Should Not Hard Erythema Patients Eat?
1. Patients with Erythema Induratum should focus on a diet high in protein, vitamins, fiber, and calories, while being low in fat, with special attention to dietary restrictions. Suitable foods include chicken, lean meat, eggs, soy products, millet, corn, dates, white fungus, lilies, chestnuts, ginkgo nuts, as well as fresh vegetables such as cabbage, lotus root, cucumbers, watermelons, apples, and pears. However, the amount consumed should be based on individual circumstances. Attention should be paid to balancing staple foods, meat, eggs, vegetables, and soup, with an emphasis on consuming fruits and avoiding partial eating habits.
2. When selecting nutritious foods for patients with Erythema Induratum, special attention should be paid to dietary restrictions. For example, drinking milk may reduce drug absorption rates; consuming scaleless or stale fish may cause allergies; and eating eggplants may lead to allergic reactions such as facial flushing, skin itchiness, irritability, body-wide erythema, and chest tightness.
3. Foods such as spinach, pineapple, tea, soy milk, ginseng, dog meat, goose, cherries, amomum villosum, fennel, ginger, lychee, longan, and mutton should be avoided. Additionally, fried, greasy, and spicy foods, such as peppers and spices, should be abstained from, and alcohol and tobacco should be minimized.
