What Are the Symptoms of Kidney Deficiency and Excessive Internal Heat?
Patients with kidney deficiency and excessive internal heat often exhibit a range of symptoms. Not only do they feel a lack of energy throughout their bodies, but their minds may also become clouded and they may constantly feel lethargic. Additionally, their memory may decline compared to before. During this time, it is essential to be extra vigilant. Some patients may also experience insomnia, headaches, and other common symptoms.
1. General Symptoms: Overall fatigue, unclear thinking, inattention, and memory decline. Typical manifestations include a significant decrease in work efficiency, with superiors expressing dissatisfaction, constant lethargy, shortness of breath and chest tightness after just one hour of work, longing for early rest, but difficulty falling asleep, and memory loss, such as forgetting things planned for the next day.
