How to Relieve Eye Swelling?

Update Date: Source: Network

If you feel your eyes are swollen when looking at something, stop using your eyes and rest them for a while by closing them. Wait until the eye fatigue has subsided before using your eyes again. You can use your hands or a spoon to massage your eye skin. Massaging twice a day, in the morning and evening, is the best way to relieve eye fatigue and promote blood circulation in the eyes. This can also effectively treat eye bags. Before going to bed, apply slices of cucumber or figs to the skin under your eyes to reduce the appearance of eye bags. Alternatively, you can make a tea with papaya and mint, let it cool, and then apply it regularly to the skin under your eyes.

Carry a small spoon with you, which can be a regular aluminum spoon. After applying eye cream in the morning and evening, gently press the convex part of the spoon around your eyes to promote blood circulation and relieve eye strain. You may find that it helps improve eye bags. To reduce eye puffiness, place a small cup of tea in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Then, soak a cotton pad in the tea and apply it to your eyelids.

Before going to bed, gently press the middle of your eye area with your ring finger 10 times. Repeat this every night to help relieve eye puffiness. Perform conscious blinking exercises with your upper and lower eyelids, doing more than 100 repetitions daily. Stick to this routine for a while, and you'll notice a gradual reduction in eye bags.

Before bedtime, apply a generous amount of vitamin E capsule oil to the skin under your eyes and gently massage for four weeks. This can help reduce eye bags and signs of aging. When using eye cream, apply a double amount and gently massage specific pressure points around your eyes to soothe the eye nerves and enhance blood circulation.

For a nourishing eye mask, mix a small spoon of fresh milk and a small spoon of honey in a clean container until well combined. Apply the mixture to your eye area, starting from the corners where wrinkles tend to form. Gently massage the skin around your eyes with your fingertips for 5 minutes before rinsing with water after 30 minutes. This eye mask not only helps reduce eye bags, puffiness, and dark circles but also has a whitening and moisturizing effect. Regular use will yield better results.
