How to Relieve Eye Swelling?
If you feel your eyes are swollen when looking at something, stop using your eyes and rest them for a while by closing them. Wait until the eye fatigue has subsided before using your eyes again. You can use your hands or a spoon to massage your eye skin. Massaging twice a day, in the morning and evening, is the best way to relieve eye fatigue and promote blood circulation in the eyes.
