What are the effects of Ofloxacin Eye Drops?
1. The Ofloxacin Eye Drops are suitable for treating bacterial strains sensitive to this formulation, including Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, Enterococcus, Micrococcus, Moraxella, Corynebacterium, Klebsiella, Serratia, Proteus, Morganella, and Providencia.
2. Applicable symptoms include the treatment of blepharitis, dacryocystitis, hordeolum, conjunctivitis, meibomianitis (including corneal ulcer), and aseptic therapy during ophthalmic perioperative periods.
3. In cases such as acid or alkali burns, viral conjunctivitis, and keratitis, Ofloxacin Eye Drops may sometimes be used to prevent bacterial infections.
4. The Ofloxacin Eye Drops should not be abused, as long-term unnecessary use may lead to other ocular lesions. To prevent the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria, in principle, sensitivity should be confirmed, and the duration of drug use should be limited to the minimum time required for treatment.
5. To prevent contamination of the medication, when administering the eye drops, care should be taken to avoid direct contact between the tip of the container and the eye.
