Why Are Iron Pots Beneficial?
One of the benefits of using iron pots is that they can help supplement the body with iron elements. However, it is important to note that newly purchased iron pots should be stir-fried with fatty meat before use to remove any fishy odor.
1. Iron elements can be supplemented through stir-frying in iron pots. When the temperature is high, a small amount of iron elements from the iron pot will seep into the food, objectively playing a role in iron supplementation.
2. Less oil can be used when cooking with iron pots. After using the iron pot for a certain period of time, a natural oily gloss will form on the surface, which basically achieves the effect of a non-stick pan. Less oil is needed during cooking, thus avoiding excessive consumption of cooking oil.

4. Iron pots with rust spots, black residue, or peeling coatings should no longer be used.
