Pregnant women can typically consume soup daily during the second trimester, but it's essential to choose the type and flavor of soup based on their individual constitution. As most nutrients from the ingredients dissolve into the water, soup is known for its delicious taste, rich nutrition, and liquid consistency, making it easier to digest and absorb.
Due to the variety of ingredients, soup comes in diverse forms, commonly including fish soup, meat broth, vegetable soup, among others. Pregnant women require a significant amount of nutrients and fluids to maintain their metabolism and support fetal development.
