Before gynecological laparoscopic surgery, a detailed medical history should be obtained to accurately ascertain the indications for laparoscopic diagnosis or surgery. Preoperative examinations and preparations are the same as those for general gynecological abdominal surgery. It is necessary to clean the umbilical orifice before surgery. The surgical site should be positioned in a low-hip, high-position with an inclination of 15-25 degrees to shift the intestines toward the upper abdomen and expose the surgical field for gynecological pelvic surgery. The abdomen is inflated before surgery, and the laparoscope is inserted into the abdominal cavity to inspect the pelvic and abdominal cavity regularly in sequence. Subsequently, based on the specific conditions of the examination and surgery, approximately 3-4 small punctures are made in the abdominal wall to insert surgical instruments, following the principles of minimally invasive surgery and performing laparoscopic surgery according to anatomical spaces. Laparoscopic surgery must possess the following skills: 1. Using the laparoscope to track and expose the surgical field; 2. Being familiar with laparoscopic anatomy; 3. Being proficient in tissue separation, cutting, knot-tying, hemostasis, suturing, and other techniques under laparoscopy; 4. Being familiar with the use of various electrical surgical instruments; 5. Being proficient in techniques for retrieving tissues using retrieval bags.
