Why Do Men Experience Itching in the Testicles and on Both Sides of the Thighs?
Most cases of itching in the groin area on both sides of the testicles are caused by fungal infections of the surrounding skin, leading to the development of tinea cruris in these areas. These fungi can be transmitted between skin contacts, and doctors often recommend non-steroidal antifungal medications for treatment. Initially, a drug called bifonazole solution is applied to the affected area, followed by external wiping with paper. Then, naftifine and ketoconazole cream is applied, which can directly eliminate the fungi and is highly safe. When applying the cream, it should not be too thick, but rather a thin layer. With consistent application for 2-3 weeks, the condition will usually resolve.
