Sesame Spinach
Ingredients: 500g fresh spinach, 15g roasted sesame seeds, salt, sesame oil, and MSG to taste.
Preparation: Trim and wash the spinach. Blanch in boiling water, then immerse in cold water to cool. Drain, chop into sections, and place in a serving dish. Add salt, MSG, and sesame oil, mix well, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Benefits: Nourishes the liver and kidneys, opens the chest, and moistens dryness.
Lily and Lotus Seed Soup
Ingredients: 100g dried lilies, 75g dried lotus seeds, 75g rock sugar.
Preparation: Soak the lilies overnight and rinse. Soak the lotus seeds for 4 hours and rinse. Bring the lilies and lotus seeds to a boil in water, add rock sugar, and simmer for 40 minutes.

Ingredients: 15-30g adenophora roots, 50g japonica rice, rock sugar to taste.
