Are Multiple Micro-nodules in Both Lungs Serious?
1. Multiple micronodules in both lungs are not necessarily serious, and whether they are serious depends on the size of the nodules.
2. If there are multiple micronodules in both lungs without obvious clinical symptoms and normal immune function, they are mostly benign lesions and generally not serious. Regular hospital visits for follow-up are required. However, if the micronodules in both lungs are larger, accompanied by irregular edges, cough, expectoration, weight loss, and hemoptysis, they may be caused by malignant nodules, indicating severity.
3. When multiple micronodules occur in both lungs, if they are benign lesions, they generally grow slowly and do not require special treatment. If they are malignant, gastric nodules should be treated as soon as possible with surgical resection, followed by regular radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the hospital to control the progression of the disease.
4. During treatment, dietary habits should be adjusted to avoid high-fat or high-cholesterol foods such as fried chicken legs, French fries, and fatty meat. Maintain a comfortable mood and avoid excessive emotional fluctuations.
