Proliferative Leukemia
Proliferative leukemia is a disorder of the hematopoietic system, arising from various causes that lead to abnormal bone marrow hematopoiesis, resulting in stagnation at a particular stage. Patients may experience symptoms such as anemia, bleeding, and infection. Treatment options primarily encompass chemotherapy, immunotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, and stem cell transplantation.
1. Chemotherapy
Patients with proliferative leukemia require chemotherapy as prescribed by their physicians. Commonly used drugs include chlorambucil, cyclophosphamide, and asparaginase, which help inhibit the proliferation of leukemia cells. For patients with ineffective conventional treatment or high-risk leukemia, methotrexate and imatinib can also be administered.
2. Immunotherapy

3. Molecular Targeted Therapy
The occurrence of proliferative leukemia is partly related to gene mutations, leading to abnormal bone marrow hematopoiesis. Patients can undergo targeted therapy with tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as imatinib and gefitinib, as prescribed, to inhibit tumor cell proliferation and alleviate symptoms.
4. Stem Cell Transplantation
This generally involves transplanting healthy stem cells or allogeneic bone marrow to restore the patient's hematopoietic function. However, due to the high surgical risk, patient conditions must be assessed before determining an appropriate treatment plan.
