Some simple poses suitable for pregnant women can help calm and relax them. If you didn't practice yoga before pregnancy, then there is no need to learn it during pregnancy, as your body may not be stretched out, and trying to learn stretching and other poses during pregnancy can easily lead to miscarriage.

  3. Aerobic Exercises. Aerobic exercises for pregnant women are also very suitable. Regular exercise can provide more oxygen to the baby, which is very helpful for the baby's growth and development. It also exercises the pregnant woman's body, making her full of energy and playing a significant role during childbirth.

  4. Swimming. Swimming is also a very suitable activity for pregnant women. There is a model who maintained a good habit of swimming during pregnancy, so even in the third trimester, her body remained in good shape, with a big belly but no other unwanted fat. Pregnant women usually feel tired when walking, but in the water, they feel comfortable because the buoyancy of the water supports the entire body.

Especially when the late pregnancy and the due date are approaching, climbing stairs is particularly beneficial for natural childbirth.
