Angong Niuhuang Pill is a commonly used medication for acute conditions, often considered as the foremost among the three treasures. 1. Stroke: It is suitable for both closed and heat syndromes of stroke, presenting with sudden coma, unconsciousness, hemiplegia, facial distortion, clenched teeth, red face and rough breathing, hoarse voice with phlegm in the throat, red tongue with yellow and greasy coating, and taut, slippery, and rapid pulse. 2. Cerebral Trauma Syndrome: It is used when blood stasis and coagulation remain after cerebral trauma, leading to blocked channels and causing coma due to internal liver wind. 3. Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning: It is suitable for symptoms such as high fever (above 40°C), unconsciousness, and phlegm accumulation caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
