Location: It is located on the palmar side of the forearm, 2 cun above the wrist crease on the line connecting Daling and Quze, between the palmar long tendon and the radial flexor tendon.

Massage Technique: Cross both hands and massage Neiguan point for 3-5 minutes continuously, 2-3 times per day.

3. Pressing Chengjin Point

Location: It is located 6 finger-widths downward from the transverse striation behind the knee, with one point on each side.
