Why Do I Always Feel Fatigued?

Update Date: Source: Network

If you always feel tired, it is likely caused by sub-health. Sub-health is mainly due to unhealthy lifestyle and diet, which leads to the body's inability to intake comprehensive nutrition, resulting in symptoms such as lack of energy and easy fatigue. To improve fatigue symptoms, one can adhere to regular exercise and also consume more vegetables and fruits to supplement the body with sufficient nutrients.

1. Get enough sleep

Most adults need to sleep for 6 to 8 hours per night. Ironically, some people sleep too much, thinking that the more they sleep, the better it is, but they end up tossing and turning and having poor sleep quality. How to determine sleep duration? Experts suggest: go to bed at a normal time for the first week; delay bedtime by 1 hour for the second week; and go to bed 1 hour earlier than normal for the third week. After three weeks, think about which week you can fall asleep within 5 to 30 minutes after going to bed, and wake up refreshed and naturally, rather than being startled awake. The sleep duration of this week will be the most suitable for you.

2. Arrange diet reasonably

Eating too much for lunch can cause fatigue. This is because too much food shifts blood and oxygen from the brain to the digestive tract, leading to dizziness. High-fat foods and refined sugar are the main culprits. Fat takes longer to convert into energy than other nutrients, and refined sugar can cause a sudden peak in insulin levels, followed by a sharp drop in blood sugar. If this cycle of peaks and valleys continues, it can lead to headaches and fatigue. To solve these problems, one can replace them with complex carbohydrates (such as those found in whole-grain bread) and unrefined sugar (such as that found in fruits).

3. Consume adequate vitamins and iron

Currently, the role of vitamins in science is not fully understood, but the lack of vitamins does affect the degree of fatigue in humans. Water-soluble vitamin C and B complex vitamins are most easily lost from the body, so they need to be replenished. Women of reproductive age should also pay attention to replenishing iron.
