This is an optimal time to apply a face mask as the skin's absorption capacity is stronger, allowing it to effectively absorb nutrients from the mask and replenish moisture to the dehydrated skin. It is advisable to rest for half an hour after exercise before applying the face mask.
Immediately after exercise, when the body is still not calm and pores are open due to sweating, applying a face mask may hinder the excretion of sweat and thus impede the elimination of toxins from the body. Additionally, the facial muscles may be in a tense state after exercise, which is not conducive to the absorption of nutrients from the mask. Therefore, it is best to rest for at least half an hour before applying the face mask.
