What is the recommended treatment course for Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection?

Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection is formulated from Danshen and Chuanxiongqin, possessing the effects of lowering blood lipids, anticoagulation, and regulating vasodilation and vasoconstriction. It is suitable for occlusive cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral insufficiency, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, and other ischemic cardiovascular diseases like coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, and thromboangiitis obliterans.
Introduction to the Course of Treatment of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection: 168 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into a treatment group of 106 patients and a control group of 62 patients. The treatment group received conventional bed rest, continuous or intermittent low-flow oxygen inhalation, anti-infection, cough relief, expectoration promotion, bronchodilation, heart strengthening, and diuresis treatment. The control group received an additional 10ml of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection once daily for 14 days. When administering Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection, the following points should be noted:
1. The speed of intravenous drip infusion of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection should not be too fast.
2. Children and elderly patients should receive Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection according to their respective dosages.
3. Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection is not suitable for diabetic patients.
4. Patients with a tendency to bleed and cerebral hemorrhage should avoid using Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection.
5. Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection should not be used in combination with alkaline injections.
6. If crystals precipitate from Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection, heat and dissolve them in warm water.
7. Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection is not applicable in certain cases.
