Does it hurt when a wound is healing and new flesh is growing?
Generally, there should be no pain during the healing process of wounds. However, if the wound is in the process of developing granulation tissue, and the granulation tissue is exposed to the surface and can be stimulated by external factors, then some disinfectants or collisions may induce pain. Since the nerve sensation of granulation tissue is relatively sensitive, even slight collisions or disinfection with disinfectant solutions can cause much more intense pain than normal wounds. Additionally, for closed wounds, if the granulation tissue is not exposed, there should not be significant pain during disinfection. To promote wound healing, it is generally recommended to consume foods with high protein content, such as milk, soy milk, or fish.

3. Patients should avoid consuming edible fungi, such as mushrooms and shiitake, as they are high in protein and may cause liver irritation. People with symptoms such as headaches and dizziness should consume them sparingly.
4. Patients should also avoid seafood, such as hairtail, yellow croaker, pomfret, mussels, shrimp, and crabs, as they are mostly cold and fishy, which can have a negative impact on wound healing.
