The male chicken belongs to the category of food that can trigger allergies, gastrointestinal diseases, and other conditions. These foods can also exacerbate inflammation and worsen illnesses. 1. Individuals with excessive yang energy: Male chickens are considered yang in nature and have a strong fiery quality. 3. These foods are mostly hot and yang in nature, such as pig's head meat, male chicken meat, goose meat, etc. Therefore, individuals with hypertension, excessive liver yang, headache, and epilepsy should avoid consuming them. Additionally, foods that promote hair growth, such as leeks, spring bamboo shoots, toon sinensis, shiitake mushrooms, and coriander, can easily trigger skin itching and rashes. Therefore, individuals with such conditions should consume them sparingly.
