Prescription 1

[Medication Composition]

Prescription ①: 15g Cortex Dictamni, 15g Lotus Leaf, 15g Kochia Fruit, 15g Rehmannia Root, 10g Radix Lithospermi, 10g Forsythia Fruit, 10g Semen Coicis.

Prescription ②: 15g Smilax Glabra Rhizome, 12g Rehmannia Root, 10g Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, 10g Semen Coicis, 10g Cyrtomium Rhizome, 10g Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 10g Tribulus Terrestris Fruit, 6g Angelica Sinensis Radix.

[Usage]

Both Prescription ① and Prescription ② are decocted in water, one dose per day. Prescription ③ is wrapped in medical gauze, decocted in water, and used to wash the affected area twice a day.

9g Lonicera Japonica Stem, 2g Scutellaria Baicalensis Root (Stir-fried), 2g Cicada Slough, 2g Citrus Reticulata Peel (Stir-fried), 2g Dried Tangerine Peel, 6g Bombyx Batryticatus, 6g Cortex Dictamni, 5g Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Stir-fried), 5g Pogostemon Cablin Herb.

*Add Gardenia Fruit Peel and Imperata Rhizome.

Pediatric Eczema

[Usage]

Grind the medications into fine powder and mix well. When eczema is not weeping or ulcerated, mix the powder with sesame oil or vegetable oil to form a paste and apply to the affected area. If ulcers have exuded, sprinkle the powder evenly on the affected area and change the dressing once a day. For severe cases, change the dressing twice a day. Before changing the dressing, clean the affected area with 2% boric acid solution or warm water. For smaller areas of erosion or exudation, wrap the affected area with gauze after changing the dressing. For larger areas, wrapping is not necessary. Avoid cleaning the affected area with soap water.
