Hard particles squeezed out of pores may be hardened pus, fat granules, or secretions of oil or mites. If pimples occur, there may be pustules, which if not healed for a long time, can easily lead to hard bumps and hard particles can be squeezed out. If the oil in the pores cannot be expelled smoothly, it can also easily clog the pores, leading to the formation of fat granules, which are mainly manifested as hard particles.
1. Hardened Pus: If pimples develop, when the pimples turn white, pustules usually form inside. If they accumulate over time and do not heal, they can easily clump together inside the pores, turning into a hard bump. What is squeezed out is naturally granular.
2. Fat Granules: Fat granules are also a common skin problem. Pores are the largest oil ducts of the skin. If facial oil secretion is particularly high, it can cause the oil in the pore ducts to not be expelled normally, which can easily lead to oil coagulation and solidification, blocking the pores and forming granular fat granules. In addition, if cleaning and makeup removal are not done properly, these fat granules will grow abundantly on the face.
3. Oil Secretions: If facial oil secretion is prolific, a large amount of oil substances will inevitably be secreted, especially in the T-zone, forehead, and nose areas. When the pores cannot excrete these oils properly, coupled with improper external cleaning, the oils will condense and block the pores, creating a confined space that breeds a large number of bacteria and mites.
4. Mite Secretions: If mites proliferate in large numbers within the pores, to survive and reproduce within the skin, they will continuously gnaw at the cellular tissue in the skin, sucking out the oil that flows out, which can stimulate abnormal skin nerve function, leading to increased oil secretion from the sebaceous glands. This can result in severe pore clogging and a doubling of the number of mite reproductions. After these mites are satiated, they will continuously excrete feces, bacteria, eggs, and other secretions to clog the pores.
