Insomnia Caused by Various Factors

Neurasthenia: Resulting from prolonged stress or mental pressure, neurasthenia disrupts brain function, manifesting as fatigue, difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, and sluggishness. It also affects sleep quality, causing insomnia.
