What are the effects of sulfamethoxazole?
The primary function of sulfamethoxazole is to resist infections, exhibiting effective therapeutic effects on various pathogens such as Enterobacteriaceae, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, etc. It has a good anti-inflammatory effect and is often used to treat urinary tract infections, otitis media, adult chronic bronchitis, and so on. Medication should be taken according to doctor's advice, and relevant contraindications should be understood.
1. Functions of Sulfamethoxazole:

⑺ Traveler's diarrhea caused by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC).
2. Contraindications of Sulfamethoxazole:
⑴ Prohibited for those allergic to SMZ and TMP.
