The occurrence rate of cancer is very high in today's society. Once suffering from the illness, surgery is required, which may lead to severe pain and discomfort or long-term chronic pain. In such cases, tramadol injection can be used to alleviate the pain and effectively relieve pain in the human body. Tramadol injection is suitable for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, and is not recommended for ordinary pain. Tramadol hydrochloride injection is a special type of psychotropic drug, commonly used to treat various types of cancer, postoperative pain, fracture pain, and some chronic pain. When taking sleeping pills, the daily dosage is generally 50-100 mg, but the maximum dose should not exceed 400 mg. Precautions for Tramadol Injection:
1. Patients with renal, hepatic, or cardiac dysfunction may need to reduce the dosage or use with caution.
2. Do not use concomitantly with monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
3. When used in combination with central nervous system depressants (such as diazepam), dosage reduction is required.
4. Long-term use cannot exclude the possibility of drug resistance or drug dependence. It cannot be used as a substitute for opioid-dependent patients due to its inability to suppress morphine withdrawal symptoms.
5. Patients with a tendency for drug abuse or dependence should only use it for a short period.
