What Causes White Spots on the Reproductive Organs?

The issue of white patches on the reproductive organs is a troubling problem for many people, which may be caused by conditions such as condyloma acuminatum, gonorrhea, and genital herpes. Here are some possible causes:

1. Condyloma Acuminatum

The initial consideration is that it may be condyloma acuminatum, but other possibilities cannot be excluded. In the early stages of the disease, these patches may appear as soft, millet-sized, reddish or dirty red growths with pointed tops. Over time, they may gradually enlarge or multiply, developing into papillary or cystic formations with a slightly wide base or a band, and having a granular surface.

2. Gonorrhea

This disease is also associated with white patches on the reproductive organs. Additionally, gonorrhea is accompanied by urethral pain, which may range from mild to severe. The pain often intensifies during urination, especially at the beginning of urination, which can be very painful.
