2. Deficiency of vitamin B and vitamin C.
3. Exfoliative keratolysis, which manifests as superficial peeling of the skin on the hands without pain, itching, or other inflammatory symptoms. It usually resolves within 2 to 3 weeks.
4. Hand fungal infections, sweat rash, and dry palmar dermatitis. These conditions are accompanied by symptoms such as peeling, pain, itching, redness, and blisters.
How to Treat Peeling Skin on the Hands?
1. Use salt water to wash your hands. Salt water has multiple benefits and can also be used to prevent peeling. Rub a small amount of non-iodized salt directly onto your hands and then dilute it with a little water. Soak your hands in the saltwater solution for a while. Repeat this twice daily, in the morning and evening, and you should see improvement within a week.
2. Avoid contact with irritating products. It is important to avoid contact with chemicals that are irritating, such as soap and laundry detergent. With proper care, the condition should resolve automatically within 2 to 3 weeks.
3. Use ginger soup to wash your hands. Slice ginger and place it in boiling water. Allow the ginger soup to cool naturally before pouring it into your hands to wash them. Repeat this 1 to 2 times daily for 5 days to see results.
4. Rub your hands with garlic. Peel one end of a garlic clove and mash it into a paste. Place the garlic paste on your palm and rub your hands together until you feel warmth. Repeat this 3 to 4 times daily, and the condition should resolve within half a month.
5. Rub your hands with rice vinegar. After washing your hands, pour a small amount of rice vinegar onto them and rub them together repeatedly until the skin absorbs the vinegar. Do not wash your hands after rubbing. Repeat this 3 to 4 times daily, and for better results, wear gloves to sleep after rubbing before bedtime. With consistent use for a week, the peeling skin on your hands should disappear.
