How to Recover Quickly After Miscarriage: Tips for Postpartum Care and Rehabilitation?
Female miscarriage can cause significant harm to a woman's body. It is advisable to undergo physical recuperation similar to confinement after childbirth. It is not advisable to return to work too early, and it is recommended to wait at least a week before going out. Generally, the body needs about 15 days to recover after a miscarriage. During this period, women should avoid bathing, getting caught in drafts, and lifting heavy objects. It is recommended to consume protein-rich foods to promote physical recovery and increase blood supplementation to prevent anemia.

Discard the drug residue, add the donkey-hide gelatin, and consume warm. This soup has the functions of nourishing the blood, stabilizing the fetus, and relieving menstrual pain. It is mainly used to treat pregnancy-related symptoms such as coldness in the abdomen, lower back discomfort, or slight vaginal bleeding with pale red and thin consistency during early to mid-term pregnancy. It can also be used for the treatment of habitual miscarriage and uterine bleeding.
2. Symptomatic and causal treatment
When a miscarriage occurs three or more consecutive times, it is referred to as "recurrent miscarriage," previously known as "habitual miscarriage." Recently, the international community has adopted the term "recurrent spontaneous abortion" to replace "habitual abortion." Although natural miscarriage can be frightening, even after four consecutive miscarriages, the possibility of a normal delivery during the next pregnancy can still be high. Therefore, it is crucial to promptly identify the cause of miscarriage, determine the underlying reasons, and implement corresponding interventional treatment to prevent subsequent miscarriages.
