What Are the Components of a Comprehensive Physical Examination?
1. Routine and biochemical examination of blood, cancer antigen examination (requiring fasting blood draw).

1. Please make an appointment for the physical examination. Avoid alcohol, high-fat and high-protein diet on the day before the examination, and avoid using drugs that may affect liver and kidney function.
2. The diet should be light for three to five days before the examination. Avoid eating blood-containing foods such as pig liver and pig blood. After 12 o'clock at night before the examination, please completely fast (including drinking water).
3. Blood drawing, liver, and gallbladder B-ultrasound must be performed on an empty stomach. Do not urinate when doing bladder, prostate, uterus, and annex B-ultrasound. If there is no urine, drink water until the bladder is full.
4. When undergoing X-ray examination, it is advisable to wear cotton underwear and avoid wearing clothes or bras with metal buttons. Please remove metal items such as necklaces, mobile phones, pens, and keys. Female examinees who are pregnant or may be pregnant should inform the health examination staff and be cautious about undergoing X-ray examination.
5. During the menstrual period, women should not undergo gynecological examination or urine test. The bladder should be emptied before gynecological examination. Breast infrared examination is best performed within one week after the menstrual period. Unmarried women should not undergo gynecological examination.
6. Please measure blood pressure, height, and weight before the internal medicine examination.
7. On the day of the examination, you can eat after completing blood drawing and abdominal ultrasound examination.
8. Dressing requirements for the day of the physical examination: Wear convenient clothing, shoes and socks. It is best not to wear necklaces, etc. Female examinees should not wear bras with steel supports or metallic sequins.
9. When there is a thermal imaging item in the physical examination, it is necessary to empty the stool and urine before the examination, and fasting and water prohibition are also required.
