Adverse Reactions

There are significant inhibitory effects on gonads, leading to reduced menstrual flow or amenorrhea in women and decreased or disappearance of sperm in men. The longer the duration of medication, the more pronounced the inhibition on gonads. Most patients can recover after discontinuation of the medication. There is also an inhibitory effect on the bone marrow, and a minority of patients who have taken the medication for more than one month may experience decreased white blood cell and platelet counts or pigmentation. After using this product, some patients may experience nausea, gastric discomfort, anorexia, abdominal distension, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation, oral ulcers, rashes, and palpitations. Precautions
