What Is Internet Addiction Syndrome?
Internet addiction disorder refers to the loss of control or relatively strong dependence on internet use without consuming addictive drugs. To control internet use, one needs to first set clear objectives for internet use, arrange the time for internet use, list the tasks to be completed before going online, and stop using the internet after completing the tasks. Limit daily internet use to within one hour, or control it by forcibly shutting down the device.
