Why Do I Feel Uncomfortable All Over My Body During Early Pregnancy?
Early pregnancy discomfort is a normal pregnancy reaction, and generally there is no need to worry too much about it. Here are some ways to relieve early pregnancy symptoms:
Methods to Relieve Early Pregnancy Symptoms
1. Get enough rest and lie down. When you feel nauseous, lying down can effectively relieve morning sickness. You can also use a pregnancy pillow to protect your back and stomach, and ensure adequate sleep.
2. Eat small meals frequently. Eating a small amount of food in the morning can help prevent nausea and vomiting. Keep some nutritional and appetizing snacks nearby, and eat whenever you feel hungry. This can help reduce morning sickness.
3. Consume more plain foods. During early pregnancy, it is recommended to eat foods rich in carbohydrates, such as soda crackers, bananas, etc. Additionally, white rice, plain yogurt, lemonade, and watermelon can also help reduce morning sickness. Avoid high-fat, greasy, spicy, and fried foods, as they can irritate your already delicate digestive system.
4. Have snacks. Keep simple snacks like crackers by your bedside. When you wake up, eat a few crackers first, then rest for 20-30 minutes before getting up. If you wake up in the middle of the night and feel nauseous, you can also have a few crackers to relieve the discomfort.
5. Adjust the temperature of your drinks. If hot drinks make you feel nauseous, try switching to cold drinks. Conversely, if cold drinks make you feel worse, switch to hot drinks. Try eating foods that are cold or at room temperature, as their odor is not as strong as hot foods.
