Why do I constantly feel sleepy during the day?

6. Diabetes: People with diabetes may experience physical fatigue, drowsiness, thirst, and weight loss. They should avoid foods with high glycemic index, regularly undergo blood sugar tests, use insulin or hypoglycemic drugs reasonably, and keep their blood sugar within normal range.
