2. Common Methods for Relieving Leg Pain

2.1 Spiral Twist: Stretch both legs straight and cross the right leg over the left while keeping the right leg straight. Hold each side for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times.

2.2 Butterfly Stretch: Sit with feet together and hold the toes with both hands. This action can stretch the thigh ligaments that are not often used in exercise. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 4 times.
